Hey guys, I'm hoping to get some advice on how to improve my endurance and stamina during cardio workouts. I'm a 25-year-old female and have been fairly active throughout my life, but I've always struggled with cardio. Whenever I try to push myself, I end up getting tired very quickly and have to take breaks frequently. I'm looking to improve my fitness levels and be able to engage in longer, more intense workouts without feeling as exhausted.
