Hey guys, I'm hoping to get some advice on how to improve my endurance and stamina during cardio workouts. I'm a 25-year-old female and have been fairly active throughout my life, but I've always struggled with cardio. Whenever I try to push myself, I end up getting tired very quickly and have to take breaks frequently.
