I've been having a rough time lately and my diet and exercise routine have been suffering as a result. I've been stress eating and haven't had the motivation to get up and go for a run or hit the gym. As a result, I've gained some weight and just don't feel like myself anymore.
I'm now ready to get back on track and start taking care of my body again. However, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and unsure of where to start. What advice do you have for someone in my position? How can I get back into a healthy eating and exercise routine and start feeling better about myself? Any tips or tricks would be much appreciated!
