I'm currently in a job that requires me to travel frequently, sometimes for weeks at a time. While I enjoy exploring new places, I find it difficult to stick to my fitness routine when I'm constantly on the move. I usually follow a regular workout schedule when I'm home, but it's hard to maintain that when I'm in a new city with unfamiliar gyms, different time zones and limited availability of healthy food options.
I'm hoping to get some advice on how to stay on track with my fitness goals while traveling. Any tips for staying motivated and keeping up with my routine on the road would be greatly appreciated!
