I have been trying to lose weight for a while now, but the progress is very slow. I have been following a regular fitness routine and have also been tracking my calories intake. However, I feel that there might be something missing from my diet that could potentially help me accelerate my progress towards my weight loss goals.
I was wondering if any of you have experienced similar issues and have made any dietary changes that have helped you reach your goals faster. Maybe there are certain foods that I should add or avoid in my diet to help with weight loss? Any advice or tips would be much appreciated.
