Hi everyone! I recently started trying to lose weight and am trying to be very mindful of my calorie intake. However, I know that there are some foods out there that are deceptively high in calories. I want to make sure I am avoiding these foods in my diet so that I can stay on track with my weight loss goals. Does anyone know of any foods that have surprisingly high calorie counts that I might not be aware of? And what tips do you have for making sure I am avoiding these calorie bombs in my meals and snacks? Thank you in advance for your help!
