Hi everyone,

I am looking to start exercising to improve my overall health and fitness level, but I am not sure which type of exercise will be best suited for my body type. I am 5'7" and weigh around 200 pounds, so I am considered obese.

I have tried different kinds of workouts in the past, but I find that some types of exercises are more challenging for me than others. I don't want to push my body too hard and cause any injuries, but at the same time, I want to make sure I am challenging myself enough to see improvements.

Can anyone recommend any methods or resources that can help me determine the type of exercise that will work best for my body type? Are there any particular factors I should be considering, such as my age, fitness level, or any health conditions?
