I have been struggling with my motivation levels lately while trying to achieve my desired fitness goals. I used to be extremely active and fit, but due to work and personal commitments, I've fallen off track and now find it hard to get back into the swing of things.
I'm looking for some tips or strategies to help keep me motivated on a daily basis. I've already tried setting specific goals and tracking my progress, but I find that after a few days I lose interest and give up.
