For a bit of context, I've recently started working out regularly and I want to make sure that I'm fueling my body with the right nutrients to support my fitness goals.

I've been doing some research online about different types of diets and meal plans, but I'm not sure which one would be best for me. I also have some specific dietary restrictions (I'm lactose intolerant) that I need to take into account.
