I am new to this forum and I am hoping to get some good recommendations for a personal trainer in my area. I live in a suburb of San Francisco and am looking for someone who can help me achieve my fitness goals in a safe and effective manner.
I am currently in my mid-30s and have recently been experiencing some health issues related to my weight and lifestyle. I have tried various diets and exercise routines in the past, but have not been able to stick to them consistently. This has led to frustration and a feeling of helplessness, which is why I am seeking the help of a personal trainer.
