Hi everyone,
I hope you're all doing well! Due to the current situation with gyms being closed and restrictions in place, I've been looking for an effective at-home workout routine that doesn't require any equipment or only basic equipment. I've been trying to stay fit by going for walks and jogs, but I want to add more variety to my workouts.
I have limited space in my apartment, so I'm looking for workouts that aren't too space-consuming. I'm also a bit of a beginner to working out, so beginner-friendly routines would be great.
If anyone has any recommendations for YouTube channels, apps, or general workout routines that meet these criteria, I would really appreciate it! Thank you in advance.

Hey everyone,
When I started working out at home, I faced the same challenge of not having enough equipment to use. While researching for solutions, I discovered that there are many bodyweight exercises that one can do to stay in shape.
Squats, Lunges, Push-Ups, Plank, Jumping Jacks, Crunches, and other exercises can help you build strength and endurance with minimal space and no equipment. With some creativity, you can design a full-body workout that targets different muscle groups.
One technique that I found effective is to structure my workout into sets and reps. For example, I'll start with a short set of squats then rest for 20-30 seconds. Next, I'll do a set of lunges and take another break. I'll repeat this for 3-4 sets, then take a more extended break before repeating the same thing with a different exercise.
Overall, bodyweight exercises are great for practicing fitness in the comfort of your home or outdoors. Additionally, getting used to bodyweight training can build a solid foundation and help you get ready for more advanced workouts with equipment in the future.
