Can anyone recommend some good YouTube channels or blogs for fitness inspiration?

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for some fitness inspiration and was wondering if anyone could recommend some good YouTube channels or blogs that they use for motivation. I've tried a few in the past, but I'm always on the lookout for new ones.

A little bit about me: I've been struggling with my fitness journey lately and have been feeling a bit demotivated. I used to work out regularly, but my schedule has been quite hectic lately and I've fallen off the wagon. I'm looking to get back into it and want to surround myself with some positive influences.

I'm open to any type of fitness content, whether it's home workouts, yoga, or weightlifting. I'm just looking for some new sources of inspiration that can help me get back on track.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Hi everyone!

I have struggled with finding consistent motivation for my fitness journey in the past, and I have found that following inspirational fitness accounts on Instagram can be really helpful. One of my favorite accounts is @kayla_itsines. Her posts offer everything from workout routines to meal plans, and she also shares motivational quotes that really resonated with me. Her community of women is very positive, and I find that really encouraging.

Another Instagram account that I love is @blogilates. Cassey Ho, the creator, is a fitness instructor who shares a lot of Pilates workout routines, and she also has a great blog with lots of helpful fitness tips. I find that her workouts are accessible and fun.

In terms of fitness blogs, I would recommend VeryWellFit, a blog that covers all sorts of exercise and wellness topics. Their articles are very informative and in-depth, and they also offer lots of fun workout ideas for people of all fitness levels.

I hope these suggestions help you find the inspiration and motivation that you need on your fitness journey. Remember, keep going and be kind to yourself!

Hi there!

I was also struggling to stay motivated with my fitness routine, but then I discovered some fantastic YouTubers who inspired me to try new workouts and keep going.

One of my favorite channels is POPSUGAR Fitness. They have a wide variety of workout videos, from dance cardio to kickboxing to Pilates. They also have some great short workout videos that are perfect if you're short on time. The hosts are energetic, and the routines are always fun and challenging.

Another great channel that I love is Blogilates. Cassey Ho, the host, is known for her Pilates workouts, but she also has a lot of videos that incorporate strength training and cardio. She's so motivational and has a real talent for making workouts fun and accessible.

In terms of blogs, one that I've been following recently is Girls Gone Strong. It's a female-focused fitness blog that has a wealth of information on strength training, wellness, and nutrition. They feature a lot of guest posts from experts in the field and have a really supportive and inclusive vibe.

I hope these suggestions help you find the motivation and inspiration you need!

Hey there,

I can totally relate to how you're feeling. I was also in a similar situation a few months ago where I was struggling to stay motivated with my fitness routine. But, I found some great resources that helped me push through and stay motivated.

One of my favorite YouTube channels is FitnessBlender. The trainers there provide a variety of workouts, including HIIT, yoga, and strength training. No matter your fitness level, they have something for you. They also have a 4-week program called "FB30" that you can follow if you're looking for something more structured. I found this to be really helpful in keeping me accountable.

Another YouTube channel I really like is Yoga with Adriene. She has a variety of yoga videos for all levels and even has some themed "30-day yoga journeys" that you can do. I found doing yoga to be a great way to de-stress and improve my flexibility.

As for blogs, I really like Nerd Fitness. They have a lot of articles on fitness and health that are written in a fun, relatable way. They also have a community that you can join to connect with others who are also on their fitness journey.

I hope these suggestions help and that you find the motivation you need to get back on track!

Hi everyone,

I'm someone who always struggled to find the motivation to work out consistently, but I found that tracking my progress helped a lot. Thus, I would recommend the MyFitnessPal app. You can use it to log all of your meals and exercises, and it also allows you to create custom diets and find calorie information quickly. Setting goals and tracking your progress can be such a great source of motivation.

In terms of YouTube channels, I found Lucy Wyndham-Read's channel to be a great resource. She has many short workout videos that require minimal equipment and are suitable for people of all fitness levels. Her workouts are easy to follow along with and always leave me feeling great.

Another great YouTube channel is MadFit. Maddie offers workout routines that range from dance cardio to Pilates to low-impact HIIT workouts. I love that she includes very thorough warm-ups and stretching in her routines, and she always manages to make me sweat!

Lastly, for fitness blogs, I would recommend Natacha Océane. She's a personal trainer who shares a lot of workout routines on her blog, and she's known for her "Full Day of Eating" videos. She also provides a lot of content about fitness's importance in mental health and well-being, which I find very valuable.

I hope these suggestions help you find the motivation you need, and good luck on your fitness journey!

Hi everyone,

As someone who stays at home most of the time, I've found that online fitness programs have been a great solution for me. One program that has proven effective for me is The Body Coach TV on YouTube. Joe Wicks, a personal trainer, hosts the channel and offers many HIIT workouts and healthy nutrition plans. I find his videos incredibly helpful, and his emphasis on proper form and technique is something that I appreciate.

Another fitness program that has been great for me is the Nike Training Club app. They offer a wide variety of workouts that are suitable for people of all fitness levels, including bodyweight exercises and yoga practices. I love that they customize workout routines based on your input, and it's perfect for those who have limited equipment at home.

Lastly, for fitness blogs, I would recommend Fitbit blog. They offer advice on fitness, health, and wellness topics. I find their writing style easy to read and engaging, and they provide great tips for staying healthy and active.

I hope these recommendations help, and I encourage you to give them a shot. Have fun on your fitness journey!

They have a variety of workouts from cardio to strength training, and their trainers provide low-impact modifications for those who need it. They also have motivational tips and challenges to help you stay on track.

Another YouTube channel I love for yoga is Yoga with Kassandra. She provides a lot of yoga flow sequences that vary in length, difficulty, and focus. Her sequences are really well thought out and have helped me develop flexibility and balance.

In terms of blogs, I would recommend Fit Bottomed Girls. They have a lot of different writers with a variety of specializations, ranging from nutrition, yoga, and running. They provide a lot of motivation and inspiration to keep going in your fitness journey, and their blog is very inclusive and body-positive.

Hello everyone,

I was in the same boat as you, and then I discovered Tone It Up, a YouTube channel and fitness community that has been a game-changer for me. They offer a variety of workouts that range from HIIT, yoga, and strength training, and their trainers are always upbeat and inspiring. What I love about Tone It Up is their focus on building a supportive community, and they have a great Instagram community where members share their fitness journeys and support one another.

Aside from Tone It Up, I also like following Kayla Itsines on Instagram; she's a personal trainer and fitness influencer who shares a lot of workout inspiration and recipes that are healthy and delicious. Her Instagram is a great source of motivation, and she keeps it real with her posts about her struggles and setbacks - this always encourages me to keep pushing and not give up.

Another fitness blogger that inspires me is Whitney Simmons. She focuses on weightlifting, and her workout videos are fun and challenging, yet very approachable for beginners. She's also very relatable, and I like how she emphasizes the importance of self-love and mental wellness as an essential component of fitness.

Hopefully, my recommendations help you find some fitness inspiration and get you back on track with your fitness goals!

Hello,

I'm glad to see that there are a lot of great recommendations here! I also struggled to stay motivated with my fitness routine, and then I found Fitness Marshall on YouTube. His channel provides fun dance workouts set to popular songs. He is very entertaining, and his energy is infectious. I found his videos to be a great way to shake up my routine and sneak in some cardio.

Another YouTube channel I love for workouts is Sydney Cummings. She provides a daily workout routine with a different focus for each day, such as upper body, lower body, full-body, etc. She also uploads a live stream of her workout sessions and engages with the viewers, which I find very motivating.

Lastly, for fitness blogs, I would recommend MyFitnessPal. It's not exactly a fitness blog, but it has a lot of great articles about nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle tips. They also have an app where you can track your food and exercise, and seeing my progress on the app makes me more motivated to keep going.

I hope these suggestions help you find some new channels and blogs to explore and keep you inspired on your fitness journey!
