I'm currently trying to lose weight and I've been doing a lot of cardio exercises like running, cycling and dancing. However, I've heard some people say that doing too much cardio can actually be counterproductive for weight loss. Is there any truth to this? I don't want to be wasting my time and energy if the type of exercise I'm doing is not helping me achieve my weight loss goals.
