I've been trying to lose some weight for a while now, but progress has been slow. I'm following a healthy diet and exercise routine, but I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do to speed up my weight loss progress. I've heard that drinking more water can be helpful, but I'm not sure if it's true. Can anyone shed some light on this? Have any of you experienced faster weight loss by increasing your water intake? How much water should I be drinking per day to see results?
