Hey, guys! I am trying to lose weight and I heard that reducing carb intake can be really effective. I was wondering if I should completely cut out carbs or if I can still eat them in moderation while trying to lose weight. I am worried that cutting out carbs completely will make it difficult for me to stick to my diet and leave me feeling deprived. Also, I am a vegetarian, so I rely on carbs to get my energy and keep me feeling full. Any advice or personal experiences would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
