Hi everyone,
I am a beginner at working out and I am looking for some guidance on where to start. I have always been someone who has not been very active, but I really want to make a change and improve my health. I am not sure what kind of exercises or workouts are best for someone like me who is just starting out.
I have some weights at home and I can also go for walks or a jog outside, but I am not really sure how to structure a workout routine that will be effective for me. I am looking for something that is beginner-friendly and easy to follow, but will also help me see some results.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello everyone,
I can relate to how challenging it can be to stick to a workout routine, especially when you're just starting out. To overcome this, I found it helpful to create a schedule and commit to specific workout times.
Whether it's in the morning, afternoon or evening, choose a time that works best for you and stick to it. I usually try to schedule my workouts for the same time each day, so my body knows when to expect it, and it becomes a habit.
I also suggest finding a workout buddy or an accountability partner, someone who you can work out with or even share your progress with. Having someone to exercise with makes it more enjoyable, and you can support each other, making it more likely to stick with your routine.
Another thing I found helpful is investing in a workout program, like Beachbody or Kayla Itsines BBG. These programs come with a set schedule, and the exercises are chosen for you, making it easier to stay on track.
Remember, fitness should be a lifestyle, not a chore. So don't be too hard on yourself if you miss a workout or slip up. Just pick yourself up and get back on track. With discipline and consistency, working out will become a habit, and soon enough, it will become a part of your daily routine.
