I'm looking for recommendations for a good yoga or Pilates routine that can help me lose weight and tone my body. As someone who's been struggling with weight gain for a while, I find that traditional workout routines haven't worked for me. I've heard good things about yoga and Pilates, but I'm not quite sure which routines to follow.
Ideally, I'm looking for something that's easy to follow, yet challenging enough to help me achieve my fitness goals. Any suggestions or personal recommendations from those who have seen results from doing yoga or Pilates for weight loss and toning would be greatly appreciated.

I've tried both yoga and Pilates for weight loss and toning, and I have to say that both have been effective for me in different ways. Yoga has helped me with flexibility, balance and overall body strength. I also find it to be a great way to relieve stress and increase my focus.
Pilates on the other hand has been really great for strengthening my core and improving my posture. Additionally, Pilates has helped me with toning my body and shedding extra weight.
