I'm looking for recommendations for a good yoga or Pilates routine that can help me lose weight and tone my body. As someone who's been struggling with weight gain for a while, I find that traditional workout routines haven't worked for me. I've heard good things about yoga and Pilates, but I'm not quite sure which routines to follow.
Ideally, I'm looking for something that's easy to follow, yet challenging enough to help me achieve my fitness goals. Any suggestions or personal recommendations from those who have seen results from doing yoga or Pilates for weight loss and toning would be greatly appreciated.
