I am on a weight loss journey and I am struggling to find breakfast options that are both healthy and satisfying. I used to have a lot of sugary cereals and pastries for breakfast but I know that won't help me achieve my weight loss goals.
I have tried having plain oatmeal with fruit but it doesn't fill me up for very long. I am also allergic to eggs so that makes it harder to find options.
Do you have any suggestions for healthy and tasty breakfast options that will keep me feeling full until lunchtime? I would really appreciate any ideas! Thank you.

I have struggled with the same issue before and I have found that adding a source of protein to my breakfast really helps me feel full and satisfied until lunch. Some of my go-to options are Greek yogurt with berries and granola, a breakfast sandwich with avocado and turkey bacon (you can use a whole grain English muffin instead of bread for extra fiber), or a smoothie with protein powder, spinach, and almond milk.
I also like to make overnight oats with chia seeds for added protein and fiber. You can mix in some nut butter and banana for a delicious flavor combo. Another option is quinoa breakfast bowls with roasted veggies and a fried or poached egg on top (since you are allergic to eggs, you can use tofu or tempeh as a replacement).
