I've recently started to take my fitness routine seriously and have been hitting the gym regularly. However, I often find myself feeling a bit sluggish and low on energy during my workout sessions. I believe this may be due to the fact that I'm not properly fueling my body before my workouts.

I have found that having a small apple with a tablespoon of almond butter is a great pre-workout snack. The apple provides a quick boost of energy and the almond butter contains healthy fats and proteins that keep me full and sustained throughout my workout.
