I've been struggling with stubborn belly fat for a while now, and no matter how much cardio or dieting I do, it just doesn't seem to budge. I've heard that strength training can be really helpful for reducing belly fat, but I'm a little confused - do I need to be losing weight overall for this to work?

For context, I've been trying to stick to a healthy diet and get at least 30 minutes of cardio in most days of the week, but despite seeing progress in other areas, my midsection seems to remain unchanged.
