I have been struggling with losing weight and reaching my fitness goals for a while now. I have been following a workout regime and a healthy diet plan, but I'm just not seeing the results that I was hoping for. Lately, I have been feeling stressed out and I haven't been getting enough sleep due to work and personal commitments.
