I have been struggling with losing weight and reaching my fitness goals for a while now. I have been following a workout regime and a healthy diet plan, but I'm just not seeing the results that I was hoping for. Lately, I have been feeling stressed out and I haven't been getting enough sleep due to work and personal commitments. This got me wondering if my stress and lack of sleep could be affecting my ability to lose weight and reach my fitness goals.
