I've been trying to lose weight for a while now, and I've heard from multiple sources that drinking more water can be beneficial for weight loss. I'm just wondering if this is true and why it might be the case.

Personally, I've been struggling to see any substantial results despite maintaining a healthy diet and exercising regularly. I definitely don't drink enough water, so I'm curious to know if increasing my water intake could help me see better results.

Has anyone else seen success with drinking more water for weight loss? I'd appreciate any insights or tips!
