I have been trying to lose weight for a while now, but I feel like nothing is working. I exercise regularly and try to eat a healthy diet, but the results are just not there. Recently, I have been reading up on how stress can affect our body's ability to burn calories efficiently. I have a really high-stress job and I'm constantly worrying about everything, so I'm wondering if this could be the reason why I'm not seeing any progress.

If anyone has any insights on how stress impacts our metabolism or how I could reduce my stress levels effectively, I would really appreciate it! Thank you in advance.
