I have been trying to lose weight for a while now, but I feel like nothing is working. I exercise regularly and try to eat a healthy diet, but the results are just not there. Recently, I have been reading up on how stress can affect our body's ability to burn calories efficiently. I have a really high-stress job and I'm constantly worrying about everything, so I'm wondering if this could be the reason why I'm not seeing any progress.

I completely agree that stress can have a significant impact on weight loss success. Personally, I struggled for years with trying to lose weight, always assuming that my lack of success was solely due to my eating habits and lack of exercise.
