I am a 27-year-old female with a sedentary job that requires me to sit in front of a computer for eight hours a day. Lately, I have noticed that my posture has been deteriorating, and I often suffer from back and neck pain. I am also conscious about my body shape and would like to improve it over time. However, due to my busy schedule, I cannot commit to a gym or exercise classes.
I am looking for some tips and advice on how I can improve my overall posture and body shape without having to go to a gym. Are there any home exercises or stretches that would help?
