I'm struggling to stay motivated to exercise regularly and I'm hoping to get some advice from this community. I used to be very committed to my workout routine, but lately, I've been finding it hard to stick to it. I have a busy job and a long commute, so by the time I get home, I feel too tired to go to the gym or go for a run.
