Hey guys, I've been on a fitness journey for a few months now and I'm starting to feel burnt out and overwhelmed. I've been hitting the gym regularly, eating healthy, and tracking my progress, but I'm finding it hard to stay motivated. I'm worried that if I keep pushing myself too hard, I'll end up giving up altogether.
