Currently, I lead a pretty sedentary lifestyle due to my office job and I struggle with anxiety, so I'm hoping that exercise will not only help me physically but also mentally. I have access to a gym and I'm open to trying different types of workouts like weightlifting or cardio, but I want to make sure that whatever routine I create is tailored specifically to my needs and goals.
