I have been going to the gym consistently for about a month now and I'm worried that my workout routine may be too intense for my fitness level. I used to lead a sedentary lifestyle and have only recently started exercising regularly. I typically do a combination of cardio and strength training exercises, and I have been pushing myself to increase the intensity and duration of my workouts.
However, I have been feeling extremely fatigued and achy after my workouts lately. I have also noticed that my heart rate takes a long time to return to normal after my cardio sessions. These symptoms have made me concerned that maybe I'm pushing myself too hard and putting my health at risk.
