I am an avid gym-goer and fitness enthusiast. Lately, I have been incorporating more intense workout sessions into my routine and while I have been seeing great results in terms of strength and endurance, I have been experiencing a lot of muscle soreness and fatigue.

I am wondering if there are any tips or tricks that I can use to prevent muscle soreness and fatigue during these more intense workout sessions?
