I've been on a weight loss journey for the past few months, and although I've had some success, I recently hit a setback. I was feeling really motivated and making progress, but then I went on vacation and let myself indulge a bit too much. Now I feel like I've taken a step back and it's hard to stay positive and motivated.
I know that setbacks are a normal part of any journey, but it's still tough to deal with. I'm worried that I'll lose my momentum and fall back into old habits.
