Hey guys! So, I've been working out consistently for the past few months, but lately, I've been feeling a bit bored with my routine. I have a set schedule of exercises that I do each day, but it's starting to feel repetitive and I'm worried I might hit a plateau soon. Any advice on how I can switch up my workout routine to keep things interesting and avoid plateauing? Maybe some new exercises or different types of workouts? I'm open to any suggestions!
