I am Jane and I have been struggling with my weight for a while now. I have tried various weight loss programs in the past, but I haven't been successful in achieving my desired results. I am looking to lose around 15-20 pounds and I am willing to put in the effort to achieve my goal. However, I don't want to waste my time on a program that won't give me visible results in a reasonable amount of time.
