Hey guys, I'm considering starting a new workout routine and I'm wondering how soon I can expect to see some results. I've been feeling really sluggish lately and I think exercise could definitely help me feel better both physically and mentally. However, I've tried working out in the past and didn't see much progress, which was discouraging. This time I want to make sure I know what to expect. I'm not looking to get super ripped or anything, but I would like to see some improvement in my overall health and fitness levels.
