I am looking to switch up my fitness routine and incorporate more outdoor activities. I live in a city where there are plenty of parks and outdoor spaces, but I just don't know where to start. I have been going to the gym for a while now, but I feel like I need to get some fresh air and do something different.
I'm hoping to find some fun outdoor activities that can help me lose weight and stay healthy. I'm open to trying new things, but I don't want anything too extreme or risky. I just want to get moving and enjoy the outdoors.
