I am not a morning person at all, but I have realized that if I want to start working out regularly, I need to make it a part of my morning routine.

I have already tried working out in the evening, but I usually end up feeling too tired or unmotivated after a long day at work. Therefore, I have decided to switch things up and start working out in the morning instead. However, I am not sure how to go about it.

I would love to hear from anyone who has successfully created a morning workout routine. How did you do it? What were some challenges you faced, and how did you overcome them?
