Hello everyone,
I hope you are doing well today. I have been struggling with creating a consistent workout routine for quite some time now, and I would love to get some tips from you all. I am not a morning person at all, but I have realized that if I want to start working out regularly, I need to make it a part of my morning routine.
I have already tried working out in the evening, but I usually end up feeling too tired or unmotivated after a long day at work. Therefore, I have decided to switch things up and start working out in the morning instead. However, I am not sure how to go about it.
I would love to hear from anyone who has successfully created a morning workout routine. How did you do it? What were some challenges you faced, and how did you overcome them? What are some tips you would offer to someone like me who is not a morning person but wants to start working out in the morning?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi there!
I used to be in the same boat as you - not a morning person at all, but wanting to start a morning workout routine. What worked for me was starting small and gradually building up my routine over time.
At first, I started with just 10 minutes of stretching and some light cardio in the morning. As I got used to waking up earlier and moving my body first thing in the morning, I gradually increased the length and intensity of my workouts.
I also found it helpful to have a set routine and stick to it as much as possible. For example, every morning, I would wake up at the same time, drink a glass of water, do some light stretching, do my workout, and then have breakfast. Having a consistent routine helped me build the habit of working out in the morning.
To overcome the challenge of not wanting to wake up early, I made sure to get enough sleep the night before. I also found it helpful to lay out my workout clothes and equipment the night before so that everything was ready for me in the morning.
Finally, I would recommend finding a workout that you enjoy doing in the morning. For me, it was yoga and Pilates because they were gentle enough to do first thing in the morning and helped me start my day feeling energized and grounded.
I hope these tips help you create a successful morning workout routine. Good luck!
