I am struggling to stay motivated to exercise as the temperatures drop and the days get shorter. I have been trying to lose weight and get in shape for a while now, but I always find it hard to stick to my routine during the winter months. I live in a place where it gets pretty chilly outside, so going for a jog or walk is not really an option, and I don't have a gym membership at the moment.
Can anyone suggest some indoor exercises or activities that I can do to keep myself motivated and active during the winter months? I am open to trying anything - yoga, dance workouts, strength training, anything that will help me burn some calories and stick to a healthy routine. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
