Hi everyone,
I am a working professional with a hectic schedule and finding time for exercising has become a challenge for me. I work for long hours, and by the time I reach home, I am often tired and not motivated enough to hit the gym.
However, I understand the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle, and I am looking for 15-minute workouts that I can do at home. I want to work on my core, improve my overall strength, and get some cardio in as well.
I have some dumbbells and resistance bands at home, but I am open to any workout that does not require any equipment, and I can do it in a small space. I am also looking for something that is challenging but not too intense that leaves me sore the next day.
Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi there!
I can totally relate to your situation as I too lead a very busy lifestyle. However, I found that incorporating 15-minute workouts into my daily routine has helped me tremendously. My favorite 15-minute routine is the HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout, which can be done anywhere without any equipment.
It is a combination of cardio and strength training that focuses on short intervals of high-intensity exercises and short rest periods in between. I usually alternate between jumping jacks, squats, lunges, push-ups, and crunches for about 30 seconds each, with 15 seconds rest in between. It is a quick and efficient way to get your heart rate up and boost your metabolism.
Alternatively, if you have access to dumbbells and resistance bands, you can try doing circuits of strength exercises like bicep curls, squats, lunges, and shoulder presses, each for about 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest in between.
Also, make sure to stretch and cool down properly after each workout to avoid any muscle soreness or injury the next day. Hope this helps!
