Hello everyone,

I have been recently diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and I'm a bit confused about how to change my current workout routine and diet plan. PCOS has been affecting my weight and my menstrual cycle, and I know that certain types of food and exercises can worsen my condition. I really want to be healthier and feel better about myself, so any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Right now, I workout around 3-4 times a week, with a mix of cardio and weight training. I also love to eat a lot of carbs and sugary snacks, which I know isn't great for my condition. Does anyone have specific exercises or foods that work well with PCOS? How can I modify my current routine to be more PCOS-friendly?
