Hi, I have been working hard to lose weight and have achieved my goal weight recently! However, I still feel like my body is not as toned as I want it to be. I have some loose muscles that I want to tighten up, especially in my arms and stomach area. I would love to hear what exercises have worked well for others in toning their muscles, specifically exercises that are effective and do not require any gym equipment. Thanks in advance for your help!

Congratulations on reaching your goal weight! I can totally relate to your struggle with loose muscles after weight loss. I went through the same thing and finally found some exercises that worked wonders for me.
For arm workouts, I would suggest push ups and tricep dips. Both of these exercises work your arms and will help to tighten up the skin there. I started with 3 sets of 10 reps and gradually increased the number of reps as I got stronger.
For the stomach area, planks and crunches worked great for me. I would do planks for 30 seconds to a minute, 3 sets each time, and then move on to crunches. For crunches, I did 3 sets of 20 reps, with my hands behind my head and my feet on the ground.
These are some simple and effective exercises that can be done at home without any equipment. Hope this helps you!
