Hey guys, I hope you're all doing well. I'm here today seeking some advice regarding my workout routine. So lately, I have been experiencing a lot of boredom when it comes to my workouts, and I'm in need of some fresh ideas or tips to keep things interesting. I have been exercising for a while now, but I can feel myself losing motivation, especially with the repetitive nature of some of my exercises. I want to spice things up a bit, but I'm not sure how to go about it. Do any of you have any suggestions for how to make workouts more fun and less monotonous?
