So lately, I have been experiencing a lot of boredom when it comes to my workouts, and I'm in need of some fresh ideas or tips to keep things interesting. I have been exercising for a while now, but I can feel myself losing motivation, especially with the repetitive nature of some of my exercises. I want to spice things up a bit, but I'm not sure how to go about it. Do any of you have any suggestions for how to make workouts more fun and less monotonous? Sometimes, working out indoors can get monotonous, hence outdoor workouts or even different things like belly dancing, might help you get out of your rut.
