I hope you're all doing well. Recently, I've been dealing with a lot of stress in my personal and professional life. As a result, I've noticed that it's becoming harder for me to stick to my weight loss goals. I find myself turning to comfort foods and skipping my workouts when I'm feeling overwhelmed.
I don't want my stress to derail my progress, but I'm not sure what steps I can take to make sure that doesn't happen. Have any of you dealt with similar situations? What strategies have you used to stay on track with your weight loss goals while dealing with stress?
