I'm new to the fitness world but I'm eager to get started and take my health and wellness seriously. I'm looking for a fitness class that will challenge me but won't be too difficult for a beginner like myself. I'm looking to switch things up from my usual routine of running and basic gym workouts.
Any suggestions on classes that have worked well for you? I'm open to trying a variety of different things such as yoga, Pilates, dance classes or anything else you would recommend. Looking forward to hearing your suggestions!
