Hi everyone,
I have recently decided to take up running as a form of exercise and I am in need of good running shoes. I am a complete beginner and I have never owned a pair of running shoes before. I am clueless as to what features to look for in a good pair of running shoes or what brand to choose from. I am also on a budget and I don't want to overspend on a fancy pair of shoes that I might not even use frequently.
Can someone please recommend me good running shoes for beginners that are budget-friendly and also durable? Also, what should I keep in mind when choosing running shoes for the first time? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Hey there,
As someone who has been running for years and has experimented with many different brands and styles of running shoes, I can definitely say that everyone's personal preference is different when it comes to running shoes. However, if you're a beginner, there is one shoe that I think is great for those starting out, and that is the Nike Revolution 5.
These shoes are affordable and provide a good amount of cushioning and support for running on pavement. They have a breathable upper that allows air to flow in and out, keeping your feet cool and dry during runs. The sole is also very flexible, making it easy to transition from heel to toe when you run.
When choosing running shoes, it's important to consider the type of foot you have, and what terrain you'll be running on most frequently. If you have flat feet, for example, you're going to want shoes with more arch support. Similarly, if you're running on trails or other uneven terrain, you'll need shoes that offer more stability and have better grip.
Overall, the Nike Revolution 5 is a great starter shoe that is affordable, comfortable, and provides a good amount of support. They come in a variety of colors and are easy to find at most sporting goods stores. I hope this helps you on your journey to becoming a better runner!
