I am completely new to working out and I am looking for some guidance on which exercises to start with. I have never really been into fitness and I have no idea where to begin. I am hoping to start working out regularly to improve my health and get in shape.
I am a 28-year-old female and I have a sedentary lifestyle due to my job. I have no major health problems but I have a slightly high BMI and I have noticed that I am getting out of breath easily. I am not too sure if I should focus on cardio or strength training or a combination of both.
So, can anyone suggest some exercises that are suitable for someone like me who is just starting out? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
