I'm currently trying to lose weight, but I'm really not a fan of running. I find it really tedious and boring. I've been trying to incorporate more cardio into my workouts, but I'm struggling to find alternative exercises that are effective for slimming down.
Just to give you a bit of background, I'm not massively overweight, but I'm definitely carrying some extra pounds around my midsection that I'd like to shift. I'm currently doing strength training twice a week, and I'm also trying to eat healthily and keep my calorie intake under control.
I'm just looking for some suggestions for effective cardio exercises that will help me reach my weight loss goals without having to lace up my running shoes! Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
