I've finally decided to take control of my health and begin my weight-loss journey. I have struggled with my weight for a few years now and it's time that I make a change. However, I'm not quite sure where to start. How can I create a realistic and achievable plan for myself?
I want to make sure that my plan is something that I can stick to long-term and not get discouraged easily. I've tried fad diets in the past but they never seem to work for me. I'm looking for something that is sustainable and healthy.
