I have recently realized that I have been consuming a lot of processed foods and I want to make some changes to my diet. However, I am not sure what alternatives to choose that are healthy and easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I am looking for some suggestions on healthy substitutes for processed foods.
I typically eat a lot of packaged snacks like chips, cookies, and granola bars, and I also eat a lot of frozen meals for convenience. I am not a great cook, so I need suggestions that are easy to prepare or grab and go.
