I have been trying to lose weight for quite some time now, but I haven't been seeing much progress. I came across high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and I'm wondering if it can help me achieve my weight loss goals. I'm not a fan of traditional cardio exercises like jogging or cycling, so I'm looking for something more intense that can be done in a shorter amount of time.
Can anyone tell me if HIIT is a good option for weight loss, and if so, what types of exercises would be best suited for this type of workout? I've tried doing HIIT in the past, but I found that it wasn't the right fit for me. Although it can be effective for weight loss, it can also be very intense and demanding, and I personally found that it wasn't sustainable for me in the long term.
