Hi everyone,
I've been trying to be more mindful of my eating habits and have been hearing conflicting advice on whether it's better to eat several small meals throughout the day or three bigger meals. I'm hoping to get some insight from those who have tried both methods and see which one works best for me.
I work a desk job and often find myself snacking throughout the day, but I'm not sure if this is actually beneficial for my overall health and weight management. On the other hand, I've tried eating three bigger meals a day and sometimes find myself feeling too full and sluggish.
Can anyone share their personal experiences with either approach and offer any advice on what they found to be most effective? I'd love to hear any tips or suggestions!
Thanks in advance!

Hi there,
I've tried both approaches and found that a combination of both has worked best for me. I typically have three decent-sized meals a day and supplement them with a few healthy snacks throughout the day to keep my energy levels consistent.
I find that having three main meals helps me to structure my day and makes it easier to stick to a routine. But I also enjoy having smaller snacks throughout the day, like a piece of fruit or some nuts, to help stave off hunger and prevent overeating during meals.
I think it's important to listen to your body and find a balance that works for you. For some people, eating several small meals may be the way to go, while for others, sticking to three main meals may be more effective. There's no right or wrong approach - it's all about finding what suits your lifestyle and meets your nutritional needs.
Hope this helps!
