I usually have a pretty busy schedule, so I've been struggling to find the right time for my workouts. Sometimes I'm able to hit the gym only in the mornings, and on other days, it's only in the evenings. I've heard a lot of contrasting opinions on whether it's better to workout in the morning or evening, and I'm not sure which one is true.
Some people say that working out in the morning kick-starts your metabolism and will keep you energized throughout the day, while others believe that working out in the evening will help your body burn more calories while you sleep. I'm really confused and would appreciate some advice from people who have tried both options.
