I am new to this forum and I need your help with something that has been troubling me. I have been trying to lose weight for a while now and while I have seen some good results, I find it difficult to stick to my weight loss plan every day of the week. I have a major sweet tooth and I can't stop craving junk food, which is making it difficult for me to stay on track.
I recently came across the concept of having a cheat meal once a week, where I can indulge in my favorite foods without feeling guilty. However, I am not sure if this is a good idea or if it will ruin my progress. I am wondering if any of you follow this concept and have seen any positive results from it.
Do you think having a treat or cheat meal once a week while trying to lose weight is okay? Will it hinder my progress or will it help me stay motivated? Please share your thoughts and experiences on this. Thank you in advance!
